Project Confidence – Panel Discussion & Networking
While many candidates like new immigrants, BIPOC and women meet the professional qualifications needed in Canada, they struggle to secure jobs that require Canadian experience, which takes a long time to gain. To improve their employability, Project Confidence focuses on providing foundational leadership courses and exposure to these groups of the Canadian workforce.
Project Confidence focuses on providing the right skills and experience with specialization options based on job market demand, which are identified through official government data.
Hosted by Leonnova and the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, join us for a pair of engaging panel discussions on March 25, free of charge.
