I am a leadership development coach. I work with leaders at all levels to generate high performance through increased awareness of the choices they make and the impact of these choices on others, and on themselves. My work with leaders includes those taking on new challenges, moving in to positions at a more senior level and those working with Boards of Directors for the first time. My own background as a lawyer uniquely positions me to also support lawyers in their leadership development.
