YWCA Hamilton | The Opportunities Program (T.O.P.) | T.O.P. is dedicated to supporting individuals who self-identify with a disability in overcoming barriers to employment and achieving long-term job success. Through personalized employment skills training and access to paid placement opportunities, we empower participants to thrive in the workplace. Employers who partner with T.O.P. benefit from a 100% minimum wage reimbursement incentive for up to 30 hours per week, for a maximum of 14 weeks. In addition, we offer onboarding support, Occupational Therapist services, and job shadowing to ensure a smooth and successful transition for both the participant and the employer.
