Hamilton Chamber Announces 2022 Outstanding Business Achievement Award Winners

May 11, 2022 – HAMILTON, ON: At an in-person gala event at Carmen’s Banquet Centre on May 11, the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce announced this year’s winning recipients of the annual Outstanding Business Achievement Awards (OBAAs) presented by RBC Royal Bank.
This year’s OBAAs honoured local businesses and organizations for their achievements, business growth, and overall impact on the community.
The Chamber is pleased to announce the following winners:
Small Business of the Year (1-10 employees): Soups From Me To You
Mid-Sized Business of the Year (11-50 employees): Berkeley North
Large Business of the Year (50+ employees): Cogeco
Young Entrepreneur, Under 40 of the Year: Katie Cyr, Founder of Monarch Tea Co.
Not-for-Profit Organization: Arts for All (Hamilton Conservatory For The Arts)
Accessibility Award: Presented to YWCA Hamilton (Putman Family YWCA) for building Hamilton’s first affordable housing residence for women and their children – a safe space that not only provides support but fosters community and promotes wellness.
Century Award Recipients: Presented to both CN Rail and REALTORS Association of Hamilton-Burlington for their contributions to the community for over 100 years.
RBC Royal Bank Hamilton Citizen of the Year: Blair McKeil
